Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if anyitem is defective, damaged or if you receive a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It will help us to resolve the issue quickly if you send us photographs of any damaged items, including pictures of the inner and outer packaging if it appears to have been damaged in transit, so that we can take the issue up with the carrier. If we have sent you the wrong product we will agree with you a mutually acceptable resolution. Normally this will be that we arrange collection and return of these products and either replace or refund them.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have assessed the issue. If a refund is agreed, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
